I had an awful experience with Rawlinson Chiropractic. The staff were friendly but what went behind seems wrong to me. I suggest to not share your insurance details with them. I went in for an initial consultation and they charged me a new patient special of $79 (this should include everything for my visit). Despite me triple checking with them to not use my insurance, they charged my insurance $430 with my copay being $173. This is on top of the $79 payment that I made earlier. I’ve been on 3 different calls with these people to make them report their mistake to my insurance, but they just ignore it by saying that they’ll write-off my copay. At the end of the day they wrongfully made $260 (from my insurance). Is this an isolated incident? It didn’t feel like one. So beware!
