Tip of the Week

This week we want to challenge you to start paying closer attention to your posture. Start off by maintaining a "Chest-up" posture while sitting and standing. To help remind you, set your phone on a 15-minute timer so every time it goes off you will be reminded to straighten up.
Here go some quick desk posture tips: Keep your monitor at eye level, keep your elbows at a 90-degree angle with your arms to your sides, and always keep that "Chest-up" posture for better neck support.
Bonus tip: If you're on a laptop, try hooking it up to a full setup with a monitor and keyboard for better ergonomics.
